My research bridges Cognitive Methods, Experimental Design, and Computational Modeling, making the integration of interdisciplinary perspectives crucial.

Experimental design and data interpretation often pose challenges during this phase. I'm eager to hear how fellow researchers in cognitive science approach editing and proofreading strategies for their literature reviews. How do you ensure a coherent narrative while balancing diverse methodologies and theories? Any tips on maintaining clarity and coherence in such a multifaceted field?

For interdisciplinary lit reviews, I use the "layer cake" method: each section focuses on one layer (methods, modeling, experimental findings) but the "frosting" is your research question that connects them all. Every section should explicitly tie back to that central question.

Also, end each section with a "so what" paragraph that bridges to the next section. Like "Given these findings in experimental design, we now turn to how computational models might explain them." Creates flow.
